Terms of Use for Discipl

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Discipl ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Discipl is a mental training app for athletes. It provides:

  • Daily affirmations and mindset content
  • Personalized push notifications based on your preferences
  • Content categories covering Discipline, Winner Mindset, Mental Strength, Confidence, and Resilience

Discipl is designed to help athletes build a stronger mindset through consistent daily practice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Discipl.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. No Account Required

Discipl does not require you to create an account. All personal preferences and profile data are stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Discipl offers a premium subscription ("Discipl Premium") that unlocks full access to all content and features.

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's terms
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

We do not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
  • Abuse or overload the Service
  • Use the app in any way that could harm other users or third parties

7. Content Disclaimer

The affirmations, quotes, and mindset content provided in Discipl are intended for motivational and educational purposes only.

  • Discipl does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
  • The content is not a substitute for professional mental health support
  • Results may vary — consistent use is key to building lasting habits

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Discipl, including its software, design, branding, content, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of Discipl / Leonardo Granetto.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Availability and Changes

Discipl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Update content, categories, or affirmations
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt the Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Discipl at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use poses a risk to the Service or other users
  • We are legally required to do so

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Discipl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Discipl is not responsible for any reliance on motivational content provided by the app
  • Discipl is not liable for any loss resulting from interruption or discontinuation of the Service

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Discipl after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
