By accessing or using Keevio ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Keevio is an AI-powered application that allows users to analyze YouTube videos by submitting video links. The Service automatically extracts, summarizes, and structures key ideas, insights, and knowledge from video content.

Keevio is intended to help users learn more efficiently by transforming long-form video content into actionable summaries.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use Keevio.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To access Keevio, you must create an account using one of the supported authentication methods (email, Google, or Apple).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

Keevio is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

5. User Content

By submitting YouTube links or other input to Keevio, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit such content
• Your use does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

You retain ownership of any content you submit. However, you grant Keevio a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, store, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Submit content that infringes copyrights or other rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Service
• Use Keevio to extract or distribute copyrighted content unlawfully

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The insights, summaries, and outputs generated by Keevio are produced using artificial intelligence.

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Keevio does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or reliability
• The content is provided for informational purposes only

You are responsible for how you use the generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Keevio application, including software, design, branding, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of Keevio / Leonardo Granetto.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Availability and Changes

Keevio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue parts of the Service
• Introduce limits or restrictions
• Update or change features at any time

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keevio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
