Terms of Use for Veezy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Veezy ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Veezy is an AI-powered vision board app. It provides:

  • Personalized AI-generated images based on your goals and reference photos
  • Vision boards to visualize your personal goals
  • Motivational push notifications tailored to your visions
  • A home screen widget displaying your vision board images

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Veezy. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. No Account Required

Veezy does not require you to create an account. A unique anonymous identifier is stored locally on your device to manage your data. This identifier is lost if you delete the app.

5. User-Submitted Content and AI Image Generation

To use Veezy's image generation features, you may upload reference photos of yourself ("Reference Images"). By uploading Reference Images, you:

  • Confirm that you are the person depicted in the images
  • Grant Veezy a limited license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating personalized AI images
  • Understand that Reference Images are stored securely and used exclusively for image generation

You may not upload images of other individuals without their explicit consent. Veezy is not responsible for misuse of the image generation feature.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Veezy offers a premium subscription ("Veezy Pro") that unlocks full access to all features.

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's terms
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

We do not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images of other people without their consent
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
  • Generate images that are offensive, harmful, or violate the rights of others
  • Abuse or overload the Service

8. Content Disclaimer

The AI-generated images, affirmations, and motivational content provided in Veezy are intended for personal inspiration and motivational purposes only.

  • Veezy does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
  • AI-generated images are fictional visualizations and do not represent guaranteed outcomes
  • Results may vary

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Veezy, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of Veezy / Leonardo Granetto.

AI-generated images created using your Reference Images are for your personal use only. You may not commercially exploit these images without prior written permission.

10. Availability and Changes

Veezy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Veezy at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Veezy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Veezy is not responsible for any reliance on AI-generated content
  • Veezy is not liable for any loss resulting from interruption or discontinuation of the Service

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Veezy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy for Veezy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Veezy ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. By using Veezy, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

Locally on your device:

  • An anonymous unique identifier (UUID) generated at first launch
  • Your visions, goals, and preferences
  • Usage data such as the number of image generations used

On our servers (Cloudflare R2):

  • Reference images you upload (face and body photos) for AI image generation
  • AI-generated images associated with your anonymous identifier

We do not collect:

  • Your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers beyond the anonymous UUID

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Generate personalized AI images based on your reference photos and goals
  • Deliver motivational push notifications tailored to your visions
  • Display your vision board on your home screen widget
  • Manage your subscription status via RevenueCat

4. Reference Images

Your reference photos are:

  • Uploaded securely to Cloudflare R2 storage
  • Accessible only via your anonymous identifier
  • Used solely for AI image generation via Google Vertex AI
  • Never shared with third parties for any other purpose
  • Deleted from our servers upon your request

To request deletion of your reference images and generated data, users must use the in-app Support section.

5. Third-Party Services

Veezy uses the following third-party services:

Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

6. Data Retention

  • Reference images are retained as long as you use the app
  • AI-generated images are retained as long as you use the app
  • All data associated with your anonymous identifier is deleted upon request

Since Veezy uses no accounts, deleting the app removes your local data. Server-side data (reference images and generated images) can be deleted upon request.

7. Data Security

We take appropriate technical measures to protect your data:

  • All data transfers are encrypted via HTTPS
  • Images are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets, accessible only via signed URLs
  • Your anonymous identifier is never shared or linked to personal information

8. Children's Privacy

Veezy is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Veezy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
